The 2025 NC Medicaid LTSS Forum, took place June 4–5, 2025. This two-day statewide forum was a premier opportunity to connect with LTSS providers, advocates, stakeholders, and thought leaders in North Carolina. This year’s theme, “We’re All in This Together 3.0”. This highlights our shared commitment to strengthening Long-Term Services and Supports through collaboration, innovation, and community engagement.

Registration will begin on June 4 at 12pm and will go until 12:45pm.
There is not an established dress code; however, we strongly encourage business casual attire.
While we are not providing CEU credits, we are providing you with a certificate of attendance. The link will be emailed to all attendees after the event.

This event will not be live streamed. The Provider Forum is hosted as a face-to-face meeting annually. This year's convening is being held in Raleigh, NC.
