Acentra Health Contact Methods
North Carolina Medicaid Beneficiaries who apply for PCS, CAP/C, CAP/DA, LCA, and PASRR services will be contacted by NCLIFTSS to schedule a face-to-face assessment either by phone, email, U.S. mail, or text (SMS). The contact information on the referral for services will be used to make contact.
SMS SERVICES
The Company may, from time to time, offer services that allow you to opt in to receive SMS messages. If you opt in to receive such services, you can choose what notifications you want to receive, and you may opt out of some or all services at any time by texting “STOP”, by contacting NCLIFTSS Call Center at 833.522.5429 or by sending an email message to ncliftss@acentra.com with the mobile number you registered with the service, your name, and a request to stop receiving messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Consult your plan or carrier for details.
